Barre 

Barre is a low-impact, full-body workout that blends elements of ballet, Pilates, and functional strength training. Using small, controlled movements and high repetition, Barre builds strength, improves posture, and enhances balance and flexibility. 

Classes focus on core engagement, lower-body strength, and mindful movement, offering an effective workout that feels challenging yet accessible. 

Suitable for all levels, Barre is ideal whether you’re new to fitness or looking to complement your yoga or Pilates practice. 

Class time: Mondays at 5:30pm.
