Mat Pilates 

Our Mat Pilates classes focus on building strength from the inside out, improving posture, mobility, and body awareness. With an emphasis on controlled movement and breath, these sessions support everyday movement, recovery, and long-term wellbeing. 

Classes are suitable for all levels, with options and modifications offered to ensure safe, effective, and supportive movement - whether you’re new to Pilates or deepening an existing practice. 

APPI Clinical Pilates (Physio-Led) 

Mat-based classes led by a registered physiotherapist, designed to build core strength, stability, and mobility in a safe and supportive way. Ideal for those recovering from injury, managing pain, or wanting extra guidance with movement. Suitable for beginners and experienced movers alike. 

Classical Mat Pilates 

Flowing, mat-based Pilates inspired by the original method. This strong, structured practice focuses on core strength, posture, alignment, and control. Perfect for building full-body strength, improving flexibility, and deepening your understanding of traditional Pilates technique. 

Pregnancy Pilates 

A gentle, safe, and supportive Pilates class led by a qualified physiotherapist, specifically designed for pregnancy. Sessions focus on posture, pelvic floor strength, core stability, and breath awareness to support your changing body. 

Exercises are adapted for each trimester, with a strong emphasis on comfort and safety. 

Level: Suitable for all stages of pregnancy (beginner-friendly) Perfect for: Supporting pregnancy, easing aches, building strength, and preparing for birth 

Postnatal Pilates 

A nurturing, physiotherapist-led class to help rebuild strength and stability after birth. Gentle, targeted exercises focus on pelvic floor health, deep core activation, posture, and functional movement. 

Babies are welcome until they are actively walking, with playmats and toys provided so you can move comfortably while your little one plays nearby.
