Monthly Sound Community Gathering 

Led by Gemm 

Experience profound relaxation through therapeutic sound with Signature Sound Therapies, hosted at Sea Side Studio (SW). 

Awaken your body, mind, and spirit as you immerse yourself in the healing vibrations of Crystal Bowls, Chinese Gongs, and the Vibrational Body Drum, accompanied by the calming vision and energy of the ocean. 

Each session flows intuitively with the changing seasons - offering space to rest, reset, and reconnect.

Birth Happy Devon 

Pregnancy Relaxation Classes Led by Hannah 

Birth Happy Devon’s Pregnancy Relaxation classes offer a calm, nurturing space to support you through pregnancy and prepare for birth. 

Classes blend deep relaxation with gentle Hypnobirthing elements to help you feel confident, supported, and at ease. You’ll learn breathing techniques, visualisation, and mindset tools that can be used during pregnancy, labour, and beyond. 

These sessions are a beautiful opportunity to give yourself the gift of calm - for both you and your baby - while connecting with other local mums-to-be.

MindWorks Meditation 

Breathe Into Being – Conscious Connected Breathwork Led by Lauren 

Embrace the power of your breath with Breathe Into Being, an immersive Conscious Connected Breathwork experience held at Sea Side Studio in Preston. 

In a world full of busyness and urgency, this practice invites you to slow down, reconnect with your breath and body, and return to the clarity of the present moment. This dynamic breathwork technique is highly effective in supporting stress reduction, improved wellbeing, and a deeper connection to self and the world around you. The session is fully guided and complete beginners are welcome. Each class includes: 

● A short introduction to the technique 
● A grounding practice 
● Four rounds of Wim Hof–style conscious connected breathwork 
● Time for integration and rest before closing
