Strala Yoga

Yoga Flow

A dynamic, breath-led class linking movement into fluid sequences. Expect to build strength, flexibility, and focus while moving at a steady, nourishing pace. 

Seasonal Flow

Inspired by the rhythms of nature, these flows adapt to the time of year - offering energising practices when you need lift, and slower, grounding movement when it’s time to rest and restore. 

Yin Yoga

A slow, deeply meditative practice using long-held poses to target connective tissues, release tension, and support joint health and deep relaxation.

Beginners Yin

A gentle introduction to Yin Yoga. This class moves slowly, with clear guidance and options, making it ideal for beginners or anyone wanting a softer, more supported practice. 

Every Body Slow Flow (Accessible/ Gentle Yoga) 

An inclusive, adaptable class designed to support all bodies and abilities. Movements are slow, mindful, and accessible, with plenty of options, props, and rest. A welcoming space to move, breathe, and feel at home in your body. 

Flex and Flow (Yoga and Pilates Combo) 

A smooth blend of yoga and Pilates designed to build flexibility, core strength, and mindful movement. Expect a balanced, full-body class that energises, tones, and restores.
