The Seaside studio offers a beautiful, light-filled space available to hire, ideal for classes, workshops, retreats,one-to-one sessions, and wellness treatments. Whether you’re looking for a spacious studio, a Reformer space, or a private treatment room, our studio is designed to feel warm, professional, and supportive.
JUST FOR YOU
Main Studio Hire
Our main studio is available to hire during off-peak times, around our current class timetable.
Rates: • £18 + VAT per hour • Half day (4 hours): £64 + VAT
Booking & payment: All bookings are secured with payment at the time of booking. Please note that studio hire bookings are non-cancellable and non-refundable.
Treatment Room Hire
Treatment Room One
A calm, private treatment space set up with: • Massage bed
• Consultation chairs • Desk and chair
Ideal for massage, physiotherapy, consultations, and other wellness treatments.
Treatment Room Two
Coming soon — currently being renovated.
This room will be set up with: • Desk and chair • Two comfortable chairs with a coffee table • Mobile massage bed
Suitable for a range of practitioners including beauty therapists, counsellors, physiotherapists, chiropractors, osteopaths, and other complementary therapists.
Treatment Room Rates (VAT included): • Half day (4 hours): £45 • Full day (8 hours): £70
10% discount for regular weekly/ monthly hires.

Reformer Studio Hire
Our Reformer studio is available to hire for 1:1 sessions and small group classes, subject to availability and our existing timetable.
This option is suitable for qualified practitioners offering private or semi-private Reformer-based sessions.

• All hirers must provide a copy of valid public liability insurance prior to hire
• Hire bookings are non-transferable and non-refundable
